Meet Our Chief Science Officer

Dr. Stephanie Cook, has a B.Sc., M.Sc., and PhD in Psychology. She has previously worked with UCL, the University of Westminster and is currently a psychology lecturer at De Montfort University.

From Dr Cook: “When investigating human behaviour scientifically, we have to take these behaviours out of the real world and into the lab.

When looking for practical solutions to human challenges, such as recruitment and workplace performance, it’s important to stay focused on the real life behaviour that we observe, and use science to supplement our understanding.

It’s important to consider the distinction between behaviour observed in the lab and behaviour observed in real life, and not sacrifice our understanding of one for the other.”

This is why we work with HR and managers to create a culture fit assessment tool that’s built in companies, not labs.
