Okay, so maybe that headline gives away the big news, but we’re too excited to play it cool.

We’re absolutely thrilled to share that ThriveMap customers have been nominated for not one, but TWO In-House Recruitment (IHR) Awards for best candidate assessment. It’s the award we’ve had our eyes on, and we’re delighted that our fantastic customers, Wincanton and Berkeley Group, are up for these prestigious honours.

Winning an award like this is a big deal. It’s not just about the recognition (though, let’s be honest, that feels pretty awesome too), but it’s about the validation that what we’re doing really matters. Our mission is to make hiring fairer, faster, and more human, and this nomination is a reminder that we’re on the right track.

And let’s talk about Wincanton and Berkeley Group. These are the kind of partners that make our job a joy. They believe in the power of getting the right people into the right roles, and they’ve trusted ThriveMap to help make that happen. Seeing them nominated for these awards feels like a win in itself.

Now, we’re not usually ones to toot our own horn too much (okay, maybe a little), but this feels like a moment worth celebrating. It’s not every day you get nominated for something as special as this, and it’s a reminder that the work we’re doing is making a real impact.

So, a huge thank you to the incredible teams at Wincanton and Berkeley Group. We’re crossing our fingers for a big win on the night, but no matter the outcome, we’re just grateful to be in the running.

TLDR: Woo-hoo! We’re over the moon with our nominations and can’t wait to see what happens next!
