The default mode is to see who completes the assessment and the scores they got, however we also have an anonymous mode if you’d like to recruit “blind” and remove names from candidate reports. We usually sync our assessments with your ATS so it depends on how you’d like things to be configured.

Yes! We are integrated with most major ATS software – and if we’re not already integrated with yours then we’ll integrate for you. 

Yes, data privacy is really important to us. All our data is stored in the cloud on servers that are ISO 27001, SOC 1 Type II, and PCI-DSS accredited. We also comply with all the relevant data regulations including GDPR.
