The ThriveMap assessment platform helps companies to reduce new hire attrition and streamline the hiring process through the use of job realistic assessments. We understand that hiring doesn’t happen in a vacuum, and by integrating with LeverTRM we are giving our clients a full end-to-end experience where candidates are automatically assessed, scored, and ranked directly in Lever’s ATS.

Our strategy to reduce the attrition crisis in high-volume hiring organizations can only be achieved with strategic partnerships such as this one. We understand that being able to offer our clients ThriveMaps’ solution that is integrated with an end-to-end service like Lever will only enhance the results our clients are getting from candidates and their recruitment strategy as a whole.

Chris Platts, CEO of ThriveMap “Using assessment to automate large parts of the recruitment process is becoming increasingly important in today’s tight labour market. Integrating ThriveMap with world-class Talent Relationship Management tools like Lever enables our customers to deliver a quick and engaging recruitment experience to candidates.”

About ThriveMap

ThriveMap creates personalised, realistic “day-in-the-life” pre-hire assessments that reduce new hire attrition and streamline the hiring process. One major cause of new hire attrition is the gap between candidate’s expectations of a job and the reality of it after they start. Unlike other assessment providers, ThriveMap’s assessments reduce new hire attrition by taking candidates through a digital “day-in-the-life” experience of a job to ensure a fit on both sides.

Our approach is different from other pre-hire assessment tools on the market for these reasons:

  1. We only measure behaviour in context. People behave differently in different contexts. Measuring someone’s ability in one environment does not mean they’ll display that ability in another. Our clients get complete personalisation.
  2. We believe each job is unique. Someone could perform well in the same job in another company and fail in yours. Jobs are constantly evolving. Unlike other assessment providers, if something’s not working, you have the power to change it.
  3. We make your candidate the hero of the story. We place the candidate in the heart of the story of a typical work day. If they don’t like the sound of the role or culture they can withdraw from the process at any time.
