Why Faster Hiring Matters Now More Than Ever

  • AI Challenges in Hiring: Effectively addressing the challenges introduced by AI is essential to aligning hiring practices with principles of inclusivity, fairness, and efficiency.
  • Cost of Unfilled Roles: Unfilled vacancies cost businesses around £18 billion annually, underscoring the financial importance of faster hiring solutions to minimise lost productivity. [Indeed]
  • Candidate Interest in Quick Hiring: Over 50% of candidates lose interest in job applications if the process takes longer than two weeks, making speed essential for companies competing for skilled talent on a global stage.[HR magazine]
  • Labor Market Dynamics: In certain entry-level sectors like hospitality and construction, prolonged vacancies often lead to operational inefficiencies and service delivery issues.
