ThriveMap creates personalised pre-hire assessments for volume hiring. Uniquely, our assessments take candidates through a virtual “day in the life” experience of the job to ensure a fit on both sides.
ThriveMap’s work simulation assessments have been proven to reduce staff turnover, reduce time to hire and improve quality of hire. For volume hiring, they reduce time candidate screening time by 95.6% and have been proven to be 5 times more effective in predicting top performers than off the shelf pre-hire assessments.
The level of personalisation of each assessment enables candidates to “virtually experience” the role online ahead of coming in for an interview. Its purpose is both to assess talent and communicate the realities of life in the role so that candidates can deselect themselves if they decide the role isn’t a good fit for them.
